Meet the Finalists
Thousands and thousands of bloggers around the Asia-Pacific region were nominated across 12 award categories during the nominations phase, and after a stringent judging process, Nuffnang.com is proud to present the finalists for all categories.
The voting phase is now closed. Thank you for your votes, and please do check back after 16 December 2011 to see who the winners are!
The panel of judges have scored the nominees on the following criteria:
- Presentation (10%) - Overall appeal, neatness, user-friendliness of the blog
- Content (20%) - Readability, images and expression of the content
- Relevance to Category (20%) - Professionalism and usefulness of information
The average score of all the judges is used to compute the final scores of nominees. Judges with conflict of interests with certain nominees have sat out of the judging process.
Every judge has at least one witness present during the judging process to make sure that the process is as fair and impartial as possible.
The judges' score will contribute 50% of the final score to decide the Blog Awards winners, whereas public votes will contribute to the remaining 50%.
